Products ordered from the official Sunlipro online shop are shipped in accordance with this Shipping Policy. This Policy applies only to orders placed through Sunlipro's official online store for delivery within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Shipping Area
We currently ship eligible orders only within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or locations where Amazon fulfillment or the assigned carrier cannot complete delivery.

Carriers and Delivery Time
Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled through Amazon fulfillment services and may be delivered by Amazon Logistics or by carriers assigned through Amazon, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other logistics providers.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed, subject to Amazon fulfillment availability.
Estimated Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery address, Amazon fulfillment status, assigned carrier, weather, and other shipping conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Sunlipro may offer free shipping, promotional shipping, or other shipping options from time to time. Any available shipping promotion will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
If tracking information is available, the shipment confirmation email will include a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Issues
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, holidays, peak seasons, Amazon fulfillment delays, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside Sunlipro's reasonable control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, long-term absence, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related reason, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
If your package appears lost, damaged, or delivered but not received, please contact Sunlipro Customer Support as soon as possible so we can review the issue with Amazon fulfillment or the assigned carrier.

Order Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, cancel the shipment, or redirect the package.
