Zhuhai Ruran Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and its authorized affiliates, operators, distributors, or service providers, including Sunlipro (collectively, the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), provide warranty service for eligible Sunlipro products under these Warranty Service Terms (the "Terms").

By requesting warranty service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply only to eligible Sunlipro products purchased for use in the United States.

Article 1

Scope of Coverage

Products manufactured for or sold by Sunlipro are eligible for warranty service if they are purchased from the official Sunlipro online shop or an authorized sales channel in the United States.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Sunlipro, accessories, consumables, remote controls, adapters, packaging, manuals, and other non-main-unit items are not covered.

Warranty service is available only within the United States and may not be available for products used, transported, exported, resold, or serviced outside the United States.

Article 2

Warranty Period

Standard Warranty: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Service Area: Warranty service is available only in the United States.

Replacement Warranty: A replacement unit is covered for ninety (90) days from the date replacement service is completed, or for the remaining period of the original one-year warranty, whichever is longer.

The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on a valid proof of purchase. If the purchase date cannot be verified, Sunlipro may determine warranty eligibility based on the information available to us.

Article 3

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact Sunlipro Customer Support and provide the information needed to review your request.

  1. Contact us at support.us@sunlipro.com.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, product model, serial number if available, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the issue, the product condition, and any relevant labels or serial numbers.
  4. Follow any troubleshooting, inspection, return, packaging, or shipping instructions provided by Sunlipro Customer Support.

After reviewing your request, Sunlipro may determine whether service is required and whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

Article 4

Service Solutions

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Sunlipro may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, repair the product, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or comparable model, provide replacement parts, or provide another appropriate remedy.

If replacement service is provided, Sunlipro may require the defective product to be returned. In some cases, Sunlipro may determine that return is unnecessary and instruct you to dispose of the product properly.

Any repaired or replaced product does not restart the original warranty period, except for the replacement warranty described in Article 2.

Article 5

Service Fees and Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be covered by this warranty during the warranty period, warranty service will be provided without charge for covered defects.

If a product is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered by this warranty, fees may apply. Before paid service begins, Sunlipro Customer Support will provide available service options and any applicable estimated fees.

For covered warranty service within the warranty period, Sunlipro will provide reasonable shipping instructions. For out-of-warranty service, non-covered issues, or requests caused by customer preference, shipping costs and related expenses may be the customer's responsibility.

Article 6

Exclusions

Sunlipro may decline warranty service or free warranty service in any of the following cases:

  1. The product was not purchased from the official Sunlipro online shop or an authorized sales channel.
  2. A valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, or the proof of purchase does not show required information such as purchase date, seller, product name, model, or order number.
  3. The warranty period has expired.
  4. The product has been misused, abused, improperly installed, improperly maintained, operated contrary to instructions, or used in an unsuitable environment.
  5. The issue was caused by accident, dropping, impact, liquid exposure, fire, power surge, abnormal voltage, transportation after delivery, or other external causes.
  6. The product was modified, disassembled, repaired, serviced, or altered by anyone not authorized by Sunlipro.
  7. The issue was caused by third-party products, parts, accessories, adapters, power supplies, installation materials, or software.
  8. The serial number, barcode, nameplate, product label, or security seal has been removed, altered, damaged, made unreadable, or shows signs of tampering.
  9. The issue is cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, stains, scratches, dents, discoloration, packaging damage, or other appearance-related conditions that do not affect product function.
  10. The product is lost, stolen, misplaced, fraudulently obtained, intentionally damaged, or affected by harmful acts by third parties.
  11. The issue results from force majeure or events outside Sunlipro's reasonable control.
  12. Sunlipro determines, based on inspection or available information, that the product is not eligible for warranty service.

Article 7

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, backing up or removing any personal items if applicable, safely packaging the product, and following the instructions provided by Sunlipro Customer Support.

When returning a product, please include the main unit and any accessories or materials specifically requested by Sunlipro Customer Support. Sunlipro is not responsible for items sent to us that were not requested.

Article 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunlipro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or damage to property other than the covered Sunlipro product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 9

Prohibited Conduct

When requesting or using warranty service, you agree not to submit false information, falsify purchase records, alter product labels or serial numbers, impersonate another person, interfere with Sunlipro's inspection or service process, or engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Article 10

Changes to These Terms

Sunlipro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, products, operations, or applicable law. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce warranty rights that have already accrued for eligible products purchased before the effective date of the updated Terms, unless required or permitted by applicable law.
