Terms of service

Zhuhai Ruran Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides the lipro Warranty Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) in accordance with the lipro Warranty Service Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

Customers must review and agree to these Terms prior to using the Service.

Article 1 (Scope of Coverage)

Products manufactured by the Company are eligible for coverage under the Service.

The Service is not available outside the United States and may only be used by customers residing in the United States.

The Service covers the main unit only. Accessories (such as remote controls and dedicated adapters) are not covered under warranty.

Article 2 (Warranty Period)

2.1 Warranty Period

In principle, the warranty period is three (3) years from the date of purchase. However, for light source components included in the main unit (such as lamp units), the warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2.2 How to Use the Warranty Service

If you wish to use the Service, please contact the lipro Support Center listed below.

After confirming the cause of the issue with the product submitted for repair, the Support Center will determine whether repair is necessary. To resolve your issue more promptly, the Company may provide a replacement unit with equivalent or superior performance (refurbished product) and proceed with an exchange-based repair.

The defective unit will be collected at the time of replacement. However, if the Company determines that collection is unnecessary, the customer is responsible for properly disposing of the unit.

3.2 Breakdown of Service Fees

The total Service fee consists of the following:

A. Repair Service Fee (for out-of-warranty repairs)
This includes the total of parts costs, labor costs, and administrative fees.
As fees vary depending on the model, the Support Center will provide details before repair procedures begin.

B. Shipping Costs

Article 4 (Warranty Period for Replacement Units – Refurbished Products)

The warranty period for a replacement unit (refurbished product) is ninety (90) days from the date the exchange repair is completed.

If a defect occurs within 90 days after replacement, repairs will be provided free of charge under the Service. However, if the original product’s remaining warranty period exceeds 90 days, the original warranty period will take precedence.
