Zhuhai Ruran Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and its authorized affiliates, operators, distributors, or service providers, including Sunlipro (collectively, the "Company," "Sunlipro," "we," "us," or "our"), provide warranty-related service for eligible Sunlipro products under these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
Customers must review and agree to these Terms before requesting or using the service. These Terms are adapted for Sunlipro products and customers in the United States.
Article 1
Scope of Coverage
Products manufactured by or for Sunlipro are eligible for coverage under these Terms if they are purchased from the official Sunlipro online shop or an authorized sales channel.
The service is available only to customers located in the United States and only for eligible products used in the United States.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Sunlipro or required by applicable law, the service covers the main product unit only. Accessories such as remote controls, dedicated adapters, cables, packaging, manuals, and other non-main-unit items are not independently covered.
Article 2
Warranty Period and Service Request
Warranty Period: The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Replacement Warranty: A replacement unit is covered for ninety (90) days from the date the exchange repair is completed, or for the remaining period of the original one-year warranty, whichever is longer.
To request service, please contact the Sunlipro Support Center listed below. Sunlipro Support may confirm the cause of the issue, determine whether service is necessary, provide troubleshooting steps, request inspection, or arrange repair or replacement service.
Where appropriate, Sunlipro may provide a replacement unit with equivalent or superior performance, including a refurbished product. The defective unit may be collected at the time of replacement. If Sunlipro determines that collection is unnecessary, the customer is responsible for proper disposal of the unit.
Article 3
Service Fees
If the product is within the warranty period and the issue is covered by these Terms, service will be provided free of charge.
If the warranty period has expired, or if the issue is not covered, repairs or replacement service may be provided for a fee, subject to availability.
Out-of-Warranty Service Fee: Fees may include parts costs, labor costs, administrative fees, and other applicable service charges. The Sunlipro Support Center will provide available fee information before paid service begins.
Shipping Costs: For covered service within the warranty period, Sunlipro will generally bear standard shipping costs related to the service process. For out-of-warranty service or non-covered issues, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Article 4
Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for service or free service:
- Sunlipro Support determines that repair or replacement is unnecessary.
- Valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, or the proof of purchase does not include required information such as place of purchase, purchase date, product name, model name, or serial number.
- The product was purchased from an unofficial, unauthorized, second-hand, auction, liquidation, or non-authorized sales channel.
- After-sales service for the applicable product has been discontinued.
- The warranty period cannot be verified or has expired.
- Exterior damage or product malfunction is caused by intentional acts, negligence, misuse, improper handling, or human factors.
- The product nameplate, serial number, barcode, product label, or security seal has been removed, damaged, altered, rendered unidentifiable, or shows signs of tampering.
- Malfunctions are caused by use that deviates from the product manual, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, modification, or use with third-party products.
- Failures or damage occur after delivery due to transportation, dropping, impact, water exposure, moisture, abnormal voltage, power surge, or similar external causes.
- Damage results from theft, loss, misplacement, fraud, embezzlement, intentional damage, or harmful acts by third parties.
- Damage is caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, traffic accidents, natural disasters, or similar events outside Sunlipro's reasonable control.
- Any other case deemed non-compliant with these Terms, Sunlipro service policies, product instructions, or applicable requirements.
Article 5
Important Notes
When returning a defective unit, please include the main unit and any accessories or materials requested by Sunlipro Support, such as the remote control, adapter, or other components needed for diagnosis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunlipro is not liable for losses arising from your inability to use the product, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, indirect damages, incidental damages, accident compensation, damage to items other than Sunlipro products, or business losses.
Article 6
Prohibited Conduct
When applying for service, requesting warranty coverage, or otherwise using the service, the following actions are prohibited:
- Providing false registration, notification, declaration, purchase, or product information.
- Impersonating another person or using another person's purchase information without authorization.
- Using the service for fraudulent, improper, unlawful, resale, or abusive purposes.
- Assigning, transferring, selling, subcontracting, or otherwise succeeding to rights, obligations, or contractual positions arising from the service without Sunlipro's consent.
- Infringing or potentially infringing the intellectual property rights, ownership rights, privacy rights, or other rights of Sunlipro or any third party.
- Defaming, slandering, harassing, threatening, or damaging the reputation or credibility of Sunlipro or any third party.
- Interfering with another customer's use of the service or with Sunlipro's service operations.
- Accessing Sunlipro's or any third party's systems without authorization, imposing excessive load, or interfering with the provision or operation of the service.
- Any act that violates laws, regulations, public order and morals, these Terms, or other applicable conditions.
Article 7
Changes to These Terms
Sunlipro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in products, service methods, business operations, platform requirements, or applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified by Sunlipro or required by applicable law, revised Terms will take effect when posted on Sunlipro's website and will apply prospectively from that time.
